A brief overview of the organization

• The Ganesan Family Educational Foundation (aka GFEF) was a nonprofit corporation established in the State of Washington (USA) in August 2023; we worked with organizations in India/United States and disbursed multiple grants for educational causes.

• We were set up as a 501(c)(3) ~ tax-exempted private family foundation ~ in accordance with IRS rules/regulations.

• We feel we have accomplished most of our objectives in our 3 years of existence; therefore, we have decided to dissolve the organization.

• We continue to believe that education allows for the betterment of lives, communities and the world ~ Education changes lives!

• I created the foundation to honor the legacy of my amazing parents, The Ganesans,  and give back in a small way; I wanted to honor their enormous sacrifices and their exemplary vision on how a good educational base benefits everyone.
